Interns Program
The Interns in the Urban Innovation Program allows young people a rare glimpse into the world of the public sector in the Tel Aviv – Yafo Municipality.
For three and a half months, interns are developing innovative projects in different departments.
During the program selected interns are accompanied by municipal officials, sitting on committees and council meetings and taking part in workshops in innovation and local government.

Social Lab:
The most difficult phase of a social entrepreneur is to just start: This moment in which some young people decide to just go for it, to stop working for someone else and start concentrating solely in their project. Perhaps a bit daunting.
The Social Lab is a joint work space for social enterprises who want to change our society, our community and our city. In the Lab you will find a place to work and a meeting room at subsidized prices, along with advice and guidance, content lectures and office services. All these in the most beautiful building in the city. And the most important – you will be part of a network of other entrepreneurs who care exactly the same way you do, about the social issues.

What's the issue?
"What's the issue?" is a series of meetings in bars throughout the city, meetings which try to provide some insight into the hottest issues of the city.
Do you have questions about parking? Don't you understand the logic behind the garbage selection hours? Do you want to understand what is happening with the public transportation? This is your opportunity to recognize those policies and other issues and to get engaged in a dialogue with the decision makers.

Social Entrepreneurship Map
How much social entrepreneurship do you know in the city? Where can someone find them? Would you like to know more? Are you interested in creating partnerships with other initiatives? We are pleased to introduce to you the social entrepreneurship map of Tel Aviv – Yafo.
The entrepreneurship map is a physical map, containing all the social initiatives occurring and developing in the city. You can find it full size in our Social Lab (second floor).

Project "for us"
Have you always dreamt of being photographer? To understand composition, exposure, digital photography, editing, lighting and various shooting styles? This is your chance!
Through this project is we offer a comprehensive photography course, but rather than paying money for the course, the students will volunteer in the community. There are plenty of volunteering options and the volunteer is required to work two hours per week during the period of the course.
